Main Description
The Maintenance Change Request Manager must seek acceptance from the Change Coordinator or the Client to signify that the resolution provided, or the change is in line with the requirements and there is no negative impact of the same. Once the acceptance is received, the Maintenance Change Request Manager should close the maintenance change request in the tool.
